Job Summary:

The Social Media Content Creator is responsible for creating engaging, creative, and high-quality content across social media platforms to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and support marketing goals. This role involves content planning, creation, publishing, and performance analysis.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Create original and engaging content including posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics, and captions for social media platforms Develop and manage a social media content calendar Write clear, compelling, and brand-aligned captions and hashtags Collaborate with marketing, design, and video teams to produce high-quality content Research trends, audience preferences, and competitor activity to keep content relevant Manage posting schedules and ensure timely publishing across platforms Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement and respond appropriately Track and analyze content performance using social media analytics tools Optimize content based on performance insights and platform best practices Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity Support social media campaigns, promotions, and launches

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a content creator or social media executive Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills Knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube) Basic skills in photo/video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.) Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and analytics
