- Content Producer (Motivational & Mindset Channel)

About the Role:

We're looking for a creative and emotionally intelligent storyteller to lead content development for an Instagram channel focused on competition, motivation, fear, and mindset transformation. You'll ideate, write, and produce short-form video content using a still studio setup and cloud clippings (stock visuals, footage, and overlays).

Key Responsibilities:

Develop short, high-impact scripts (30-90 seconds) aligned with the brand's motivational tone.

Plan content calendars and theme clusters (e.g., "Overcoming Fear Week," "The Cost of Comfort").

Work with the founder to brainstorm ideas and voice tone.

Coordinate production using a small studio setup - lighting, mic, and framing.

Source and integrate stock/clipping visuals from cloud libraries (e.g., Pexels, Artgrid).

Edit or oversee editing to ensure clean pacing and aesthetic consistency.

Track performance metrics and refine script tone or delivery based on analytics.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong storytelling and scriptwriting ability (English or bilingual).

Experience in short-form video formats (Reels/Shorts).

Basic to intermediate video editing (Premiere Pro / CapCut / DaVinci).

Understanding of emotional tone, pacing, and motivational narratives.

Creative self-starter with an eye for cinematic, minimalist visuals.

Bonus Skills:

Background in psychology, sports, or communication.

Ability to assist in on-camera coaching and creative direction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,087.14 - ₹36,814.24 per month
