A Content Creator develops and publishes engaging multimedia content--articles, blogs, social posts, videos, graphics--to grow brand presence and strengthen audience connection.

Key Responsibilities

Create content across formats: blog posts, social media captions, videos, infographics, and visuals. Collaborate with marketing, design, SEO, and social teams for cohesive campaigns. Conduct research on audience and industry trends to inform content strategy. Optimize content for SEO and platform algorithms using data-driven insights. Manage editorial calendars to ensure timely delivery of content. Analyze performance metrics (views, engagement, conversions) and iterate accordingly. Edit and proofread all content, maintaining brand voice and quality. Engage with communities: respond to comments, collaborate with creators or influencers.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Proven experience (typically 2-3+ years) as a content creator or in similar roles. Excellent writing, editing, storytelling, and proofreading skills. Proficiency with CMS tools (e.g., WordPress), SEO best practices, and social media platforms. Familiarity with design/video tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Premiere). Strong analytical abilities to interpret content performance and adapt strategies. Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple deadlines. Creative mindset and adaptability to evolving platforms and trends.

Preferred / Bonus Qualities

Experience in content marketing across B2B/B2C environments. Certifications in SEO, content strategy, or digital marketing. Leadership experience in ideation or mentoring junior creators. Multi-language or localization skills. Knowledge of emerging formats like short?form video, podcasts, and interactive media.
