Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media:
Conceptualize, create, and edit engaging photo, video, and written content highlighting Mercedes-Benz vehicles, customer experiences(sales/service), and dealership activities.
Manage and update dealership social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) with fresh, engaging, and brand-compliant content.
Collaborate with sales, service, and CRM teams to generate digital stories (for all platforms) showcasing customer journeys.
Track social media performance, analyze engagement, and recommend strategies for growth using SMM TOOLS.
Event Marketing & Execution:
Coordinate, and execute premium customer engagement events, test-drive experiences, and lifestyle showcases, displays.
Curate innovative event concepts aligned with Mercedes-Benz brand values.
Liaise with vendors, agencies, and internal teams for seamless event execution.
Capture event highlights through photography/videography and publish across channels (
Excellent editing skills required, preference to be given to those with own equipment
).
Brand & Communication:
Ensure all content and events approvals to route through GM Marketing are consistent with Mercedes-Benz global brand guidelines.
Assist in developing dealership-level marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Support influencer/celebrity collaborations and PR activities when required.
Travel & Cross-Location Coordination:
Regular travel from Chandigarh to Ludhiana, and Jalandhar in the week at dealerships to cover content creation, customer events, and activations, testimonials, service team bytes, facility videos, sales expert opinions etc.
Act as a bridge between dealerships to maintain uniformity in digital brand experience.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in
content creation, social media management, or event marketing
(automotive/luxury brand experience preferred).
Strong photography and videography skills (Intermediate editing proficiency required).
Knowledge of social media tools, analytics, and paid promotion strategies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for luxury brands, automobiles, and lifestyle marketing.
Ability to multitask, travel frequently, and work under tight deadlines.
