Job Description

We are looking for a

creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Social Media & Content Creator

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

creating, managing, and optimizing engaging content

across all digital platforms to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute

social media strategies

aligned with brand goals. Create

high-quality content

(posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics, blogs, product descriptions). Manage social media platforms including

Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter (X)

. Plan and maintain a

social media calendar

with consistent posting. Monitor

trends, hashtags, and competitor activities

to keep content fresh and relevant. Run

paid ad campaigns

on Meta, Google, and other platforms (if required). Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community. Track and analyze

social media insights, reach, and engagement metrics

. Collaborate with the marketing team for product launches, campaigns, and influencer partnerships. Stay updated with

latest tools, trends, and algorithm changes

to maximize growth.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a

Content Creator / Social Media Manager

. Strong knowledge of

social media platforms, content trends, and analytics tools

. Proficiency in

graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) & video editing apps

. Excellent

writing & communication skills

for captions, blogs, and creative storytelling. Ability to

think creatively

and produce viral, trend-based content. Basic knowledge of

SEO, hashtags, and digital marketing strategies

. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,761.07 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
