About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Content creation: Develop engaging and informative content (posts, blogs, infographics, etc.) for our social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
2. Social media management: Assist in scheduling and posting content across social media platforms.
3. Engagement: Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and interactions; respond appropriately to foster engagement.
4. Brand consistency: Ensure all content aligns with Finmento India's branding and messaging.
5. Research & trend spotting: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activity, and social media best practices to recommend new content strategies.
6. Reporting: Track and report social media analytics to understand the effectiveness of the content.

1. Strong understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
2. Excellent written communication and content creation skills.

4. Knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) is a plus.
5. Basic understanding of digital marketing and content marketing is desirable.

Additional information
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 100000 to 200000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (10% of leads converted).
