Job Description

We're looking for a hands-on, creative Content Creation Intern to help us with day-to-day execution of content - primarily shooting, editing, and helping build an aesthetic and consistent visual presence for a personal brand in the sports + leadership space. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working behind the camera, has a strong visual sense, and is comfortable with short-form video formats.

What You'll Be Doing

Content Execution:

? Assist with shooting short-form content (Reels, photos, stories, BTS footage).

? Edit video clips shot on iPhone or a similar smartphone using basic editing tools like CapCut, InShot, Canva, etc.

? Support on Set: Be present during shoots to help set up, capture angles, take cutaway shots, etc.

? Spot moments worth capturing for quick-turnaround content

Aesthetic Ownership:

? Ensure the look and feel of content is clean, on-brand, and visually strong

? Help choose shots, frames, lighting, and styling when needed

? Trend-Aware Execution: Stay aware of what works on Instagram (transitions, reels styles, trending audios, etc.). Add finishing touches that enhance engagement (hooks, overlays, music)

Who We're Looking For

? Someone who enjoys being behind the camera more than in front of it

? Comfortable shooting and editing on an iPhone or similar smartphone ? Familiar with tools like CapCut, InShot, Canva, or other basic editing apps

? Has a good eye for framing, light, and detail

? Aesthetic sense > technical perfection - but both are appreciated

? Knows how Instagram Reels work and how to cut fast, clean content

? Bonus if you're interested in or familiar with any outdoor sport (e.g., golf, cricket, tennis, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?5,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
