Job Summary:
We are looking for a Creative Content Writer with proven experience in luxury real estate or premium lifestyle brands to create high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content for Della Townships. The candidate should understand luxury positioning, storytelling, and aspirational communication.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop compelling content for luxury township projects, villas, residences, and lifestyle offerings
• Write content for websites, brochures, coffee table books, presentations, ads, and social media
• Create brand-focused storytelling that reflects luxury, exclusivity, and sophistication
• Collaborate with marketing, design, sales, and digital teams to align messaging
• Write SEO-friendly website and digital content
• Proofread, edit, and ensure consistency in tone and brand voice
• Support campaign launches, project announcements, and corporate communications
• Research market trends, competitor positioning, and luxury real estate narratives

Job Expectations:
Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent command over English language (writing & editing)
• Strong understanding of luxury branding and high-end customer mindset
• Experience with real estate brochures, project narratives, and digital content
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Minimum Qualification: Proven experience as a Content Writer in luxury real estate / luxury brands / Background in Luxury Real Estate / Hospitality / Premium Lifestyle Brands mandatory
Minimum Job Experience: 3-7 years of relevant experience preferred
Reporting to: HOD
Travel: Travelling Required
