About the Role
We are looking for a
Content & Concept Strategist
with a solid advertising agency background who can think in ideas and write with purpose. This role goes beyond copywriting--it requires conceptual thinking, campaign formulation, pitch ideation, and content strategy development.
You will work closely with brand strategists, designers, filmmakers, and client servicing teams to build compelling narratives, pitch-winning ideas, and high-impact campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Concept Development & Ideation
Develop strong creative concepts and big ideas for brand campaigns, launches, and integrated marketing initiatives.
Content Strategy & Planning
Create end-to-end content strategies aligned with brand objectives, target audience, platforms, and campaign goals.
Copywriting Excellence
Write sharp, engaging, and brand-aligned copies for digital campaigns, social media, films, websites, ads, and brand assets.
Campaign Formulation
Translate brand and business objectives into clear campaign narratives, key messages, content themes, and execution flows.
Pitch Decks & Presentations
Lead content and concept creation for agency pitches--developing narratives, scripts, taglines, and storyboards.
Brand Voice & Tonality
Define and maintain consistent brand voice, language, and storytelling style across all communication touchpoints.
Creative Briefing & Collaboration
Work closely with design, motion, and strategy teams to convert ideas into visually compelling and cohesive outputs.
Audience & Cultural Insights
Leverage consumer behavior, digital trends, and cultural insights to create relevant and impactful content ideas.
Content Performance Alignment
Collaborate with performance and digital teams to ensure content strategies support engagement, reach, and campaign KPIs.
Innovation & Thought Leadership
Bring fresh thinking, new formats, and storytelling approaches to campaigns, internal brainstorming, and new business ideas.
Skills & Competencies
2+ years of experience in an
advertising or creative agency
Strong command over
copywriting, storytelling, and concept development
Experience in
campaign ideation, pitch creation, and content strategy
Excellent writing skills across short-form and long-form content
Understanding of digital, social, and integrated marketing ecosystems
Ability to think concept-first and execution-ready
Strong presentation and idea articulation skills
Collaborative mindset with attention to detail
