If you believe in the power of social media to influence, we need your influence at Lemon Yellow. We are looking for a Social Media Executive who understands the world of social media algorithms and goes beyond it to churn out quality content.

Content Strategy & Creation

Develop and implement a content strategy for social media channels that reflects the Lemon Yellow and its client's voice and meets audience needs.
Ideate original and out-of-the-box content across various formats (posts, videos, reels, stories, showreels etc.).
Maintain a balance between trend-driven content and the LY's core communication goals in line with the brand book.

Support various internal teams like HR, Business, and UX with content needs

From internal communication to external campaigns, ensuring consistency in tone, clarity, and brand alignment.

Trend Analysis & Social Media Expertise

Monitor market trends and audience behaviour to leverage them creatively for content creation.
Stay updated with platform algorithms, best posting practices, and emerging social platforms.
Identify opportunities in the social media landscape and assess their fit with LY's identity.

Content Quality & Community Management

Review all content for grammatical accuracy, visual consistency, and brand alignment.
Ensure pixel-perfect output with attention to every detail, tone, and visual element.
Engage with the online community - respond to comments, DMs, and build rapport with followers.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

Track and analyze post-performance, engagement, and reach across platforms.
Create insightful weekly/monthly reports with data-backed observations and recommendations for improvement.

Team Collaboration & Time Management

Work closely with designers, TLs, and digital marketing team members to develop and execute campaigns.
Coordinate project timelines and ensure deadlines are adhered to by all involved stakeholders.

Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of professional experience

in content creation. A Bachelor's degree in

Literature, Communication, Journalism, or Advertising

. Exceptional communication and writing skills with a strong grasp of grammar and storytelling. Familiarity with analytics tools such as Meta Insights, Instagram Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, etc. Knowledge of paid social media campaigns and budget utilization will be an added advantage. Ability to multitask and manage timelines in a fast-paced, creative environment. Self-starter with a proactive attitude and a collaborative spirit.
