Content Creator & Growth Coordinator - Idha Clinic (Jayanagar)

Role Summary

This is a hybrid role where the candidate will:

1. Create high-performing content (shooting + editing)

2. Support growth by suggesting ideas, trends, offers, and improvements

3. Build local partnerships with salons, gyms, MUAs, and wellness businesses

The person must be creative, proactive, and comfortable in a beauty/clinic environment.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (Content - 60%)

Shoot videos inside the clinic (doctor reels, treatments, ambiance, BTS). Edit reels using trending styles, hooks, and formats. Create stories, captions, and maintain posting schedule. Maintain monthly content library. Handle DMs and basic WhatsApp enquiries. Plan content ideas aligned with Idha's brand, monthly offers, and medical focus. Track performance of posts and report weekly learnings.
SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITIES (Growth - 20%)

Provide 5 weekly growth ideas (reel types, offers, content hacks). Do competitor research--what top clinics are posting & what's working. Identify micro-influencers for collaborations. Suggest improvements to patient experience and clinic presentation. Plan small growth experiments (Festive offers, Acne week, Glow Friday, etc.). Identify new hyperlocal opportunities (community, local events, campaigns).
TERTIARY RESPONSIBILITIES (Partnerships - 20%)

Call nearby salons, MUAs, gyms, yoga studios, wellness centers for partnerships. Pitch the partnership model (referral benefits, joint events, skin camps). Fix meetings. Maintain a simple CRM for outreach & follow-ups. Help design partnership brochures with the design team. Assist in executing micro-camps (skin analysis days at salons/gyms).
NOTE:
Partnership outreach is structured, not heavy.
Example: 1-2 hours a day OR 3 days/week.
Content remains the main role.

SKILLS REQUIRED

Strong reel editing skills (CapCut/InShot). Good mobile video shooting skills. Pleasant communication in English + Kannada (preferred). Comfort in calling and pitching simple partnership ideas. Creativity + trend awareness. Organized, proactive, and growth-oriented mindset. Interest in beauty, skincare, and aesthetics.
WORK SCHEDULE

Full-time, 12 PM - 8 PM 6 days a week
Work from Idha Clinic, Jayanagar

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Freelance
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ?150,000.00 - ?200,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
