We are looking for a Content Administrator with 2+ years of experience to manage day-to-day content updates across a large portfolio of corporate websites. This role ensures content is published accurately and consistently, while removing non-development work from engineers.
Key Responsibilities
Content Management
Publish and update content across WordPress and Drupal websites
Manage blog posts, pages, office updates, and basic site changes
Format content, manage images, and ensure brand consistency
Perform basic QA checks before publishing
Collaboration & Support
Coordinate with marketing and web teams
Follow content workflows, approvals, and publishing schedules
Flag content or CMS issues to the development team.
Qualifications
Experience working with CMS platforms (WordPress and/or Drupal)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Basic understanding of web content and layouts
Good written communication skills
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
Nice to have
Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Basic SEO knowledge
Experience working in a corporate or agency environment
Familiarity with analytics or tagging concepts
