What You'll Do:
As a Content Administrator (Graphic Design Focus) - pop.store, you'll support top creators by managing and curating their digital storefronts. You'll work closely with them to ensure their content is visually compelling, organized, and optimized for engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate directly with creators to coordinate and design content for their pop.store
• Upload, manage, and update videos, downloads, courses, and visual assets
• Design marketing banners, promotional graphics, thumbnails, and store visuals using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Figma
• Maintain a consistent visual aesthetic across each creator's content library
• Assist creators with basic video editing and animation for short-form content (CapCut, Canva video editor, etc.)
• Curate engaging visuals aligned with creator brand identities
• Stay updated on visual trends and Gen Z design preferences
• Troubleshoot basic platform or asset issues and coordinate with support teams for resolution
• Guide creators on using new pop.store features relevant to their brand goals

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication in English (written & verbal)
• Strong graphic design skills with a keen eye for aesthetics and layout
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar design software
• Comfort with basic video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva Video, or Instagram Editor)
• Deep understanding of social platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Awareness of Gen Z trends, creator styles, and visual culture
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset
• Eagerness to work in a fast-moving, startup environment

Bonus Points For:
- Experience working with influencers or content creators
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS)
- Exposure to animation or motion graphics tools
- A portfolio showcasing graphics, social content, or branded visuals
