We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive professional to join our team as a
Contact Centre Solution Demonstration Specialist
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for presenting and demonstrating our cutting-edge contact centre and customer engagement solutions to potential clients across various industries. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of contact centre operations, and the ability to translate technology into business value.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct compelling product demonstrations tailored to client needs, highlighting solution capabilities and ROI.
Collaborate with the sales and presales teams to prepare customized demos and proof of concepts (POCs).
Engage with decision-makers to understand customer pain points and position the right solution components.
Support marketing and sales events (webinars, exhibitions, roadshows) by representing the company's solutions.
Gather client feedback to help improve demo content and product positioning.
Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape in the contact centre domain.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
4-8 years of experience in a
contact centre environment
, ideally as a
Supervisor, Manager, or Team Leader
.
Prior exposure to solution selling, presales, or training roles is an advantage.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence senior executives.
Proficiency in CRM and contact centre technologies (Omnichannel, IVR, ACD, Dialer, etc.) preferred.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Tech-savvy with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Self-motivated and willing to travel within the region for client meetings.
