About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our Wealth Contact Center team. The role involves engaging with customers through inbound and outbound calls, understanding their financial goals, and pitching suitable wealth management and investment products.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls for NBFC Wealth customers.
Understand customer needs and proactively pitch personalized & relevant wealth products (Mutual Funds, Bonds, PMS, AIF, etc.).
Generate and qualify leads to hand over to Relationship Managers / Wealth Advisors.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
Deliver a superior customer experience through professional communication and financial knowledge.
Achieve daily / weekly / monthly targets for lead generation, conversions, and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal wealth teams for timely follow-ups and closure of leads.
What we are looking for:
Freshers with excellent communication and confidence are also encouraged to apply.
Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage).
Comfortable working in a target-driven, high-energy environment, with strong ownership and determination to produce outputs.
Basic understanding of financial and investment products is desired.
