Job Summary:

The

Analyst

will serve as the

first point of contact

for associates (including managers) and non-associates reaching out to the HR Service Center.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to general queries related to

HR, Payroll policies, and portal navigation

Refer to the online knowledge base for accurate information and guidance Perform

administrative tasks

supporting service center operations Use a

case management tool

to track and manage service requests

Escalate or transfer

cases to other service center teams when required
