Key Responsibilities:
Design and architect Cloud Contact Center solutions using Genesys / Amazon Connect / Nice CXOne.Lead implementation, configuration, and integration with CRMs, ITSM tools, and databases.Provide technical leadership and serve as the SPOC for clients.Stay updated with the latest AI and GenAI capabilities in the contact center space.Conduct performance assessments, capacity planning, and security reviews.
Desired Skills:
Hands-on experience in Genesys Cloud, Amazon Connect, Nice CXOne.Proficiency in Java, Node.js, React.Knowledge of Omnichannel routing, IVR, and self-service orchestration.Exposure to Virtual Agents (Amazon Lex / Google CCAI) and LLMs.Strong understanding of cloud architectures, migrations, and hybrid models.If you're passionate about shaping the future of intelligent contact center solutions,
