We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Consumer Support Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution
Provide feedback to improve customer service processes
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate in any stream
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or Gujarati
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Prior experience in customer support is preferred but not mandatory
