Position: Consumer Research & Interaction Intern (Handbags & Accessories)
Role Overview
We are looking for a curious, people-oriented intern to help us understand how women think about, choose, and use handbags. This role involves direct consumer conversations, both in-person and online, to gather insights on needs, preferences, frustrations, and gaps in the current market.
This is a consumer research role focused on learning from real conversations, not selling products.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-person and online conversations with consumers (video calls, phone calls, or structured interactions)
Ask thoughtful, structured questions to understand:
How consumers choose handbags
What they value most (design, price, functionality, durability, brand, etc.)
What feels missing or frustrating in current handbag options
Capture and document insights clearly and accurately
Identify recurring patterns, themes, and unmet needs across conversations
Share learnings with the founding and product teams to inform design and positioning decisions
Support additional research activities such as surveys, feedback reviews, and competitor analysis
Ideal Candidate
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
Comfortable interacting with people in person and online
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
Curious, observant, and comfortable asking follow-up questions
Interest in fashion, accessories, and consumer behaviour
Organised and detail-oriented when documenting conversations
What We Offer
Stipend: ₹12,000 per month
