In this exciting opportunity for an experienced developer, you will join a team delivering a transformative cloud hosted data platform for some of the world\'s biggest organizations. The candidate we seek, needs to have a proven track record in implementing data ingestion and transformation pipelines on Microsoft Azure. Deep technical skills and experience with working on Azure Databricks. Familiarity with data modelling concepts and exposure to Synapse.
You will also be required to participate in stakeholder management, highlight risks, propose deliver plans and estimate for time and team size based on requirements. Hence, adequate levels of communication skills and relevant experience in handling such situations is desired.

Required Skills and experience

CCAI Quality Analysts perform the critical role of testing, validating and taking feedback from production to ensure bot performance. Understanding of DialogFlow, Multiple Control environments is necessary for the role.
o QA analysts will do stress testing of the agents and file bugs for the Conversational Architects
o Testing will be done on Dialog Flow or as otherwise requested by Google
o Ensure design test cases for a use-case and ensure coverage
o Understand SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle)
o Understand SDLC and STLC wrt bot development
o Test the chatbot before deployment Unit testing, Branch/flow testing, Regression testing, Integration testing
o Prepare for Deployment of Chatbot into production . Ability to manage both Short Term and Long term plan for testing
o Communicate to stakeholders on Bot Deployment strategy and ensure clarity of insights from the QA process
