The Team

As a member of the Operations Transformations team you will embark on an exciting and fulfilling journey with a group of intelligent and innovative globally aware individuals. The team essentially consists of specialists and Subject Matter Experts in Infrastructure Sectors like Transportation & Logistic (Aviation, Railways, Ports & Integrated Logistics), Energy And Resources, Industrial Infrastructure, Roads & Highways, Urban Transport, Water Supply & Sanitation, etc. , government policies, regulations and governance; public service delivery such as public health, education and skill development. Infrastructure practice supports and works with various ministries and departments at the Central & State Government levels. Our clients include infrastructure players, private equity players, government bodies, public sector organizations, and various multilateral and bilateral agencies.

Our professional services span a broad range including assisting clients in development of sector strategies and policies, market entry strategies, financial / commercial financial viability assessment, project formulation, feasibility assessments, governance and administrative reforms, institutional strengthening, capacity development, organization restructuring, reforms and restructuring, regulatory & policy reviews, accounting and financial management, fiscal analysis, e-governance projects, technology enabled public service delivery, socio-economic assessment, monitoring and evaluation, impact/outcome assessments for Public Private Partnerships, etc.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of application support specialists and engineers.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify areas for professional development.
Pre Sales:
  • Define Operate Solutions for deals related to Application Support .
  • Define Assets pricing models for AMS deals
  • Participate in Orals for Application Support Capability demonstration
Service Delivery:
  • Ensure the successful delivery of application managed services in accordance with agreed-upon SLAs and client expectations.
  • Monitor and manage service performance, making proactive adjustments to meet service level targets.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving needs and align services accordingly.
Incident and Problem Management:
  • Oversee the resolution of application-related incidents and problems, coordinating with the support team to minimize downtime.
  • Implement incident management best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Change Management:
  • Work closely with the change management team to assess the impact of changes on application services and plan for seamless implementation.
Ensure changes are communicated effectively to relevant stakeholders.

Performance Optimization:
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize application performance and resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with other teams to identify and implement improvements in application architecture and design.
Vendor Management:
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure the availability of necessary resources and support for applications.
  • Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party service providers.
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation related to application configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Generate regular reports on service performance, incidents, and key metrics.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of application managed services.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to recommend and implement improvements.
