Work you\'ll do We are seeking a talented and experienced NLP Specialist to join our team. As an NLP Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing natural language processing solutions and algorithms to extract insights and meaning from textual data. You will work on various NLP tasks such as sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, text classification, and machine translation. Immediate joiners are preferred for this position.. Responsibilities: 1. NLP Solution Development: Design, develop, and implement NLP solutions and algorithms to process and analyze textual data for various applications and use cases. 2. Text Preprocessing: Apply text preprocessing techniques such as tokenization, stemming, lemmatization, and stop-word removal to clean and normalize textual data. 3. NLP Modeling: Develop and train NLP models using machine learning and deep learning techniques, including but not limited to recurrent neural networks (RNNs), convolutional neural networks (CNNs), and transformer models (e.g., BERT, GPT). 4. Named Entity Recognition: Build models to identify and extract named entities (e.g., persons, organizations, locations) from unstructured text. 5. Sentiment Analysis: Develop models to classify the sentiment of text (positive, negative, neutral) and sentiment intensity analysis. 6. Text Classification: Build models for text classification tasks such as topic categorization, intent detection, and document classification. 7. Machine Translation: Implement machine translation models for translating text from one language to another. 8. Evaluation and Optimization: Evaluate the performance of NLP models using appropriate evaluation metrics and optimize models for improved accuracy and efficiency. 9. Data Annotation: Collaborate with data annotation teams to annotate and label training data for NLP model development. 10. Research and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest advancements and research in the field of NLP. Explore and propose innovative solutions to improve NLP capabilities and outcomes. Requirements 1. 6 to 10 years of experience in NLP, text mining, or related fields, with a strong focus on developing NLP solutions and algorithms. 2. Solid understanding of NLP techniques, frameworks, and libraries, such as NLTK, SpaCy, Gensim, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. 3. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java, with experience in implementing NLP algorithms and models. 4. Strong knowledge of machine learning and deep learning algorithms, with hands-on experience in training and evaluating NLP models. 5. Experience with popular NLP tasks and techniques, including sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, text classification, and machine translation. 6. Familiarity with text preprocessing techniques, such as tokenization, stemming, lemmatization, and stop-word removal. 7. Solid understanding of statistical analysis and evaluation metrics used in NLP model evaluation. 8. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex textual data and develop effective NLP solutions. 9. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 10.
