Clients & Industries The Pursuit Center of Excellence (PCOE) is one of the core pillars of the Clients & Industries unit within the Consulting function of Deloitte India. The Pursuit Center of Excellence (PCOE) supports the Consulting Practice to win targeted must-wins & large value pursuits by enabling firm wide collaboration, coaching for solution excellence and market differentiation. PCOE Consultant Pursuit COE Provide support and process leadership for strategy development, proposal construction, and orals preparation Help connect pursuit team with relevant internal stakeholders & SMEs within Deloitte Co-ordinate with section writers, section leads, reviewers and keep a check on milestone dates, and track progress made by content owners Creative Design - facilitate graphics, branding and template consistency (through Clients & Industries and Brands & Communications teams) Incorporate best practices into delivery of PCOE services Challenge the client pursuit team to operate \'outside the box\' Advise client pursuit teams on messaging (strategy, story, win themes, competitors) Provide sales and rehearsal coaching (dry runs) Calendarize and organize necessary pursuit calls, meetings and dry runs Set up and maintain online repository of best practice materials (proposals, presentations, collaterals etc.) in collaboration with other PCOE team members Other functions as may be necessary as part of the larger PCOE
