We are looking for a motivated and analytical

Consulting Intern

to support research, strategy, and project execution across various client assignments. The intern will work closely with the consulting team on data analysis, market research, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and preparation of client deliverables. This role is ideal for candidates who want hands-on experience in consulting, problem-solving, and project management.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct secondary research, benchmarking, and data gathering for client projects. Analyze industry trends, market insights, and competitor intelligence. Support creation of frameworks, reports, and presentations. Assist consultants in day-to-day project coordination and planning. Prepare briefs, documentation, and project trackers. Support development of proposals, concept notes, and client submissions. Participate in meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as required. Prepare PowerPoint decks, research summaries, and structured reports. Maintain organized project files and databases. Assist with scheduling, logistics, and project deliverable management. Support internal initiatives and knowledge-building activities.

Requirements:

Completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Management, Social Sciences, Economics, Public Policy, or related disciplines. Strong research and analytical capability. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Good communication and writing skills. Ability to manage time and multitask effectively. Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Attributes

Interest in management consulting, strategy, CSR, sustainability, or development sector consulting (customize based on your domain). Self-driven and eager to learn. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
