The Team

Deloitte\'s Supply Chain & Network Operations (SCNO) practice focuses on delivering practical, strategy-driven value through advisory services that optimize, reinvent, and improve the supply chain from end to end - design, plan, source, make, and deliver. We tackle organizations\' most complex issues by drawing on global capabilities that span all areas of business strategy and operations and industries. The focus therefore is on providing holistic offerings to address client business issues and engaging with them in deploying high impact delivery models that support their overarching business strategy.


JD specific for Blue Yonder Enterprise Supply Planning (BY ESP).

Location-PAN India Deloitte locations -Open.

:

• Experience in Blue Yonder ESP Implementations, Design, Build, Test & Deploy.
• Understands how Blue Yonder solution (SCP or ESP) can be configured to better facilitate client business processes.
• Experience in MRP, Production Plan, Rough Cut Capacity Planning.
• Experience in ESP Solvers and Algorithms like LPOpt.
• Experience in configuring the solution, customizations, SCPO and ESP specific data models and UDT/UDCs.
• Experience in Interfaces and Integrations between Blue Yonder and ERP.

Other required skills:

• Works with project team to ensure smooth and efficient implementation and integration between technical and functional system requirements.
• Ability to deliver in faster go-lives using agile methodology.
• Ability to lead deployments focused on value delivery.
• Participates in business process analysis or design/construction phase of the project that leads to writing functional specifications.
• Works on development of functional specifications for modifications, interfaces, reports, and screens that meet the customers business objectives and are of sound design.
• Ability to execute projects single-handedly with high delivery quality.
• Facilitates/leads business diagnostics, process analysis and/or design workshops to help flush out as-is and desired to-be solution state and ultimately writes a solution design document to support business requirements.
• Knowledge in performance tuning techniques is added advantage.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills required.
