The Team

Enterprise Technology and Performance is a Service Area comprising of Consulting professionals providing various service offerings on Finance, Supply Chain, SAP, Oracle, Process mining and Project/Program Management. We are looking to expand the team to include like-minded professionals with strong Celonis Technology background.

Work you\'ll do

As Celonis Consultant, you must perform the following activities for clients:

• You will be an integral member of our team to help implement Celonis and accelerate client\'s adoption of Celonis\'s use cases.
• To generate high-value use cases, you work closely with our client\'s connecting systems, building ETL pipelines, performing data transformations, conducting analyses, and developing data-driven process insights and actions.
• Implement the latest features and functionalities of Celonis - such as Process Automation, Task Mining, and Machine Learning
• Build deep expertise in various technical aspects of the Celonis EMS (Process & Task Mining, Planning & Simulation, Action Flows, Real-Time Data Ingestion, and/or Visual & Daily Management) Build and validate innovative analyses and execution apps according to our client\'s objectives for process improvement
• Build and summarize Machine / Statistical Learning models visually (dashboards, reports, etc) to solve strategic business problems Construct fault-tolerant, efficient, real-time ETL pipelines on massive business data sets

Experience and Skills Required

• Excellent analytical skills in concert with the ability to interpret business processes to technology requirements and stakeholder management
• Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline 4+ years of working experience in Technology Consulting, Software Support, or a related field
• Experience with project management, outstanding customer-centric & proven experience working with customers Experience & interest in working with modern tech stack & methods like REST/SOAP API-Management, HDFS, Docker, Vertica, Data Ingestion & Streaming, SSO, LDAP, IT Security, Agile, etc. will be an added advantage
• Experience with SQL as well as with data pipelines & ETL processes for large volumes of data
• A customer-first, teamwork-based, and service-oriented approach to your work
• Excellent analytical skills as well as strong interest and/or experience in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining The ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand, persona-oriented manner from technical experts
• The ability to logically troubleshoot issues, determine root causes, and present suggested solutions clearly and concisely A passion for solving complex problems through innovative solutions
• Thriving in fast-paced, collaborative, and ambiguous environments with various stakeholders
