Job Summary
QuicBinary is seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Consulting Director
to lead our new Sales Consulting division. This leadership role demands a strategic thinker and hands-on manager who can build, coach, and scale a team of business consultants using consultative sales methodologies like SPIN Selling. The ideal candidate will own the entire sales consulting process and support the company's mission of customer success and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
Lead, mentor, and manage a team comprising Team Leads and Business Consultants (BDRs).
Foster a performance-driven and collaborative culture emphasizing consultative selling and continuous improvement.
Recruit, onboard, and train new consultants aligned with company values and sales methodology.
Strategy & Planning
Develop annual and quarterly sales consulting strategies aligned with company goals.
Monitor pipeline health and conversion metrics, adjusting tactics proactively to ensure success.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations to align messaging and optimize lead generation.
Sales Execution
Implement and enforce consultative sales methodologies (SPIN Selling) across the team.
Own and improve the sales pipeline process ensuring high-quality lead qualification and deal progression.
Drive coaching sessions, role-plays, and feedback loops to enhance team competence and confidence.
Resolve escalated client issues and negotiate high-value deals when required.
Sales Operations & Reporting
Oversee CRM management ensuring accurate data entry, activity logging, and pipeline visibility.
Provide actionable sales performance reports and forecasts to senior management.
Define KPIs and establish accountability frameworks for individual and team performance.
Process Optimization
Continuously analyze sales processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
Implement sales tools and automation solutions to maximize team productivity.
Lead change management initiatives corresponding to new methodologies, technologies, or market needs.
Client Relationship Management
Build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders alongside the consulting team.
Support team efforts to deeply understand customer pain points and deliver tailored solutions.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
5+ years of experience in B2B sales with at least 3 years in a managerial role leading sales or consulting teams.
Proven track record managing high-performing sales teams and delivering business growth.
Strong knowledge and experience with consultative sales methodologies, preferably SPIN Selling.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) and sales enablement software.
Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into actionable plans.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and managing multiple priorities.
