\xe2\x88\x92Consultants: Freshers (BE+ MBA) or Chartered Accountants,
4 years of BE experience

Expected competencies / role

\xe2\x88\x92Industry exposure / understanding of business models and associated trends in telecommunications, telecommunication infrastructure and technology across B2C and B2B

\xe2\x88\x92Solution / domain experience across key areas such as business planning, commercial strategy, due diligence, financial transformation, operating model, business operations, technology/network ecosystem, enabling new business offering at the intersection of telecom, media and technology

\xe2\x88\x92Ability to quickly understand and grasp business models, business operations and technical aspects of business (networks & technology)

\xe2\x88\x92Problem solving and analytical mindset to assimilate business issues, create deep analysis based on data, primary and secondary industry benchmarks and recommend business model/operating model/organization structure/operations/technology solutions to drive tangible change / outcomes for the client

\xe2\x88\x92Excellent written and oral communication skills and an ability to carry oneself with confidence and gravitas with client stakeholders and executives

\xe2\x88\x92Very good proficiency with MS Suite (PowerPoint and Excel based financial modeling), developer experience on analytics tools will be an advantage

\xe2\x88\x92Team player with the ability to manage (work with) domestic and international teams within the Deloitte network

\xe2\x88\x92Prior experience with Big4 organizations and other strategy/management consulting firms will be a plus

\xe2\x88\x92Expected to undertake frequent/extended travel within and outside India.
