The responsibilities of a consulting analyst include owning workstreams/tasks on projects and they are key to the successful delivery of projects. Consulting Analysts work on the day-to-day tasks including desk research, expert interviews, data analysis, report writing etc.

Desk research, expert interviews, field interviews, data analysis, report writing
Identify relevant strategies for clients based on insight
Complete high quality project tasks on time and within budget
Develop expertise in one program area. The 4 program areas are passenger (4W, 2W, shared mobility, used vehicles, auto leasing, car rental), commercial vehicles, aftermarket and part pricing & benchmarking
Ensuring top quality, profitability and client satisfaction
Commit to continuous learning, tracking global market trends and developing a perspective on technological innovations, the competitive landscape, impact of economic trends on the industry, evolving end-user requirements and regulatory changes

Qualifications:
A Mechanical/Automotive engineering with/without Masters Degree or MBA in a related business discipline is preferable
College degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering
Cross-industry experience is an added advantage
Understanding of automotive technologies (upstream) including passenger vehicles, 2W, commercial vehicles, shared mobility would be a plus
Experience in conducting primary and secondary research, market analysis
Strong PowerPoint skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with complete fluency in English
Confidence to face clients and professionally communicate the findings
Ability to effectively work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong business acumen, analytical skills and the ability to go beyond the data to bring out the insights
Must be able to work within a very time-sensitive, deadline driven environment
Ability to work independently and also in team(s)
