About the Role
We are looking for a strategic, data-driven Paid Media professional to lead digital acquisition initiatives for hospital services and healthcare offerings. The role is critical in driving patient inquiries, appointments, and brand visibility through high-impact performance marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute full-funnel paid media strategies for hospital services and healthcare campaigns.
Plan, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube to meet CPL, CPA, and ROI targets.
Work closely with marketing and business teams to align campaigns with patient acquisition and brand objectives.
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
Manage and optimize media budgets for maximum efficiency and ROI.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives tailored to patients and caregivers.
Monitor market trends, platform updates, and competitor activity within the healthcare domain.
Skills & Qualifications
3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with Hospital / Healthcare industry exposure.
Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube.
In-depth understanding of the patient decision-making journey.
Proficiency in analytics, campaign optimization, and conversion tracking (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.).
Strong budget management and data-driven decision-making skills.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Google Ads and Meta certifications are an added advantage.
