Conduct OPD consultations for eye-related conditions
Diagnose and manage common and complex ophthalmic disorders
Perform ophthalmic procedures and surgeries as per expertise (e.g., cataract surgery, minor eye procedures)
Manage eye emergencies and trauma cases
Prescribe appropriate medications and treatment plans
Interpret diagnostic tests such as refraction, fundus examination, tonometry, etc.

Patient Care & Safety
Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of patient records
Follow hospital protocols and infection control guidelines
Counsel patients regarding treatment, surgery, and preventive eye care
Ensure patient safety and quality clinical outcomes
