Job Description

Drafting, reviewing, and vetting contracts, agreements, MoUs, LOIs, NDAs, sub-contracts, and vendor agreements; and representing the company before legal authorities and courts, as and when required. Advising on contractual risks, claims, counter-claims, variations, and extensions of time (EOT) Handling arbitration matters, litigation, and coordination with external advocates and law firms Supporting project teams in dispute resolution, notices, and contractual correspondence Ensuring compliance with applicable laws (Contract Act, Arbitration Act, Companies Act, Labour Laws, etc.) Managing statutory approvals, licenses, and legal due diligence for projects Assisting in land acquisition, ROW issues, and coordination with government authorities Advising management on legal risk mitigation and governance matters

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

LLB / LLM from a recognized university

Experience:

4-5 years Strong exposure to highway, road, rail, metro, water, or power projects preferred

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
