Inviting applications for the role of Consultant-Java & Selenium
We are looking for a skilled Consultant experienced in Java and Selenium to join our QA/Automation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure product quality and reliability.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Java and Selenium WebDriver.
Design, write, and execute automated test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.
Analyze test results, identify issues, and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolutions.
Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, and test case design.
Enhance and optimize existing automation frameworks for better performance.
Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
Prepare detailed reports, defect logs, and status updates for stakeholders.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
Strong programming expertise in Core Java.
Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG/JUnit.
Good understanding of automation concepts and best practices.
Experience with version control tools like Git.
Knowledge of Maven/Gradle build tools.
Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Bachelor's/master's in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
Preferred qualifications
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive resolution in a collaborative team environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Leadership experience, including leading teams, managing projects, and driving technical initiatives to successful completion.
Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., ISTQB, certifications) are a plus.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $50,000 to $62,500. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
