As a Consultant- HR (Recruitment), you would be reporting to Senior Manager HR and would be responsible for:

  • End to end recruitment for Pan India offices and project sites.
  • Partner with line managers and leaders, be a trusted advisor in all talent acquisition requirements.
  • Ensure robust recruitment processes including screening and shortlisting, interview alignment, psychometrical tests, reference checks, recommendations, contract management and on-boarding.
  • Networking with talent acquisition partners and vendor relationship management.
  • Advertise job openings on company\'s careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
  • Position evaluations using Hay Group methodology
  • Alignment with global recruitment policies, processes and templates.
  • Maintaining recruitment MIS and analysis.
  • Provide guidance and input on workforce planning and talent management.
  • Cooperation and collaboration with HR at Headquarters
  • Support in building a culture of diversity and inclusion.
  • Develop agile ways of recruitment and introduce and implement various evaluation tools.
Qualifications

We look for experienced Human Resource professional with the essential skills to future-proof our business and renewable energy solutions. That includes:
  • Any graduate with Master\'s degree in business administration with HR specialisation from reputed institutes
  • 10-12 years of total industry experience with minimum 6 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Preferably experience from a dynamic, international and competence intensive environment.
  • Good business understanding and commercial consciousness
  • Result-oriented personality who thinks in terms of solutions
  • Efficient team player and relationship builder and having a good vendor network
  • Professional with high level of integrity and work ethics
  • Good judgement and ability of working independently as well as in teams
  • Willing to travel to our remote locations for recruitment and onboarding related matters for site employees.
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal in English
