Consultant - Digital Transformation - BPM - Pune - 6+ years

Mandatory/Non-negotiable requirement: Black Belt Certification

Excellent opportunity for a professional having 6 years of experience in transformation initiatives especially in Insurance. You will be responsible for identifying key opportunity areas within the client processes and lead Lean/Six sigma/transformation projects to facilitate process improvement. 1. Driving Transformation initiatives.

2. Leading projects to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.

3. Collect data and assess the current situation.

4. Formulating improvement plans based on wastes and variations identified during analysis.

Requirements:

1. Any graduate/post graduate, Insurance background preferred.

2. Certified Black Belt from reputed organization.

3. Extensive work experience in Process Improvement/ Transformation/ Automation/ Lean Sigma.

4. Experience around Power BI, Tableau and Sharepoint
