WFM Scheduler

In this role,

one must have

Strong analytical skills, forecasting experience, scheduling,

monitoring,

communication skills,

reporting,

and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to analyze data

, identify

trends, and draw conclusions.

Proficiency

in WFM, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Relevant experience in

BPO/

operations, WFM, or related fields.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience.

Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data and reports

Responsibilities

Providing regular reports on

K

ey

Metrics and

performance indicators (

SLA/

KPIs) to stakeholders

Publishing Monthly, yearly volumes, accuracy trending

etc

Analyzing historical and current data and presenting meaningful/required insights

to

leadership

Develop and generate regular and ad-hoc reports for managemen

t

Create dashboards and visualizations to present data effectively

Working with operations, HR, and other departments to align workforce management strategies with business goals

Identify

and implement process improvements to enhance efficienc

y

Building dashboards and charts to visualize data trends and patterns.

Analyzing customer data to improve customer service and satisfaction

Analyzing operational data to improve efficiency and productivity.
