Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and empathetic

Consultant/Counselor

to guide clients through aesthetic treatments, ensuring personalized consultation and driving conversions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a pleasing personality, and a keen interest in the beauty & wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct one-on-one

consultations

with walk-in and referred clients.
Understand the

client's concerns

(hair, skin, laser, slimming, etc.) and recommend suitable treatments.
Build and maintain strong

client relationships

to ensure satisfaction and repeat visits.
Collaborate with

dermatologists, doctors

, and therapists for treatment planning.
Handle

queries and objections

with confidence and empathy.

Convert consultations into sales

by explaining benefits, pricing, and packages.
Maintain

accurate records

of consultations and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the

front desk

and operations team for seamless client handling.
Achieve

monthly targets

related to consultations, conversions, and revenue.
Follow up with clients for

feedback

and

retention

.

Requirements:

Graduate in any field (Science, BBA, or related field preferred).
Minimum

1-3 years of experience

in client consultation/counseling in an aesthetic clinic, salon, hospital, or wellness industry.
Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills

.
Confident, well-groomed, and presentable.
Good understanding of

aesthetic treatments

like hair regrowth, PRP, skin lasers, slimming, etc.
Ability to

influence and close sales

.
