What is the work?

Lead

end-to-end UI/UX design

efforts across web and mobile platforms Plan and conduct

user research

, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations Create and validate

user personas, journey maps, information architecture, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes

Define and refine

design systems, UI standards, and interaction guidelines

Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to align design with product strategy Facilitate

design workshops and stakeholder presentations

to drive alignment and decision-making Mentor junior designers (if applicable) and review design deliverables Ensure compliance with

accessibility (WCAG) and usability standards

Provide design QA and support during development and release phases

What skills and experience are we looking for?

5+ years of professional experience

in UI/UX design, preferably in a consulting or agency environment Strong portfolio demonstrating

strategic thinking, complex problem-solving, and polished UI execution

Expert proficiency in

Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools

Solid understanding of

UX research methodologies, interaction design, and information architecture

Experience designing

responsive web applications and mobile apps

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills Experience working in

Agile/Scrum environments

Working knowledge of

HTML, CSS, and front-end development constraints

Experience with

accessibility and inclusive design principles

Domain experience in

[e.g., SaaS, fintech, healthcare, enterprise products]

UX research findings and actionable insights Wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs Design systems and component libraries Usability testing reports and improvement recommendations
