Responsibilities * Leading end-to-end bid process management, including tender management and RFP drafting.

• Managing the procurement of electric buses, preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPR), and vendor selection processes.
• Developing and implementing charging infrastructure solutions in line with the Gross Cost Contract (GCC) model.
• Conducting feasibility analyses and risk assessments for transportation projects.
• Collaborating with government and private stakeholders to meet project goals and timelines.
• Providing expert advice on contract negotiations, legal terms, and project execution.
• Analyzing smart mobility systems and presenting innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable policies and guidelines during the bid and project execution stages.

Requirements * Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in bid process management, government procurement, and transportation project consulting.

• Specialized Skills: Expertise in electric bus procurement, GCC models, charging infrastructure, and smart mobility systems.
• Analytical Competence: Proficiency in detailed feasibility analysis and risk assessments.
• Government Interface: Hands-on experience in tender management, RFP preparation, and working with government authorities.
• Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Transportation, Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with key software tools for tender management and smart mobility planning.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken communication skills to liaise with stakeholders effectively and present project proposals convincingly.
