Job Purpose

Responsible for designing, developing, and delivering technical and process related trainings for teams across functions to help in maximizing employee's productivity.

Key Responsibilities :

+ Able to impart and coordinate technical trainings in Domain related and Process related areas across business units on a regular basis to freshers and laterals
+ Updating/creating/coordinate new training programs on sectors through continuous education programs and repositories across the locations
+ Creating/updating new content, assessment, assignments, case study, and quizzes in flex there by improving online modules feedback
+ Evaluating and provide training feedback to team members on assignments submitted
+ Coordinate for publishing quarterly training calendars
+ Maintain MIS data of Trainings conducted

Candidate can come to office all the days.

Key Competencies

+ In-depth knowledge about finance, financial modelling, financial statements and able to impart trainings on capital market related domain
+ 7-9 years of experience
+ Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
+ Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
+ Highly motivated and willing to work hard
+ Should be a team player, enthusiastic, energetic and aggressive
* Problem solving and decision-making skills are expected
