Key Responsibilities:

Conduct one-on-one consultations with patients (walk-in and online). Assess patient concerns and recommend appropriate

cosmetic & aesthetic treatments

. Clearly explain treatment procedures, expected outcomes, and address patient queries. Build trust and ensure patient satisfaction while guiding them to start treatments. Actively contribute to

converting patient inquiries into treatment enrollments

. Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure smooth onboarding and follow-ups. Maintain accurate consultation records and ensure compliance with clinic protocols. Stay updated on the latest cosmetic and aesthetic treatment protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Medicine (BHMS, BAMS, BNYS, BSMS preferred). 1-3 years of clinical/consultation experience (freshers with strong communication skills can apply). Strong

communication, counseling, and patient-handling skills

. Ability to explain medical & aesthetic treatments in a simple, reassuring way.

Sales mindset

- ability to build rapport and convert consultations into treatments. Previous experience in

cosmetic, aesthetic, dermatology, or wellness clinics

will be an advantage.
