: Creating and maintaining task sequence in SCCM for OSD.rnCreate and maintain driver packages for systems from multiple Vendors (HP/Dell Desktops/Laptops)rnExperience with MDT integrated with SCCM.rnExperience with Online and Offline Windows image deployment.rnExperience with collecting image using Sysprep.rnExperience with WinPE and PXE booting for Windows ImagingrnExperience with OS boot image and adding mandatory drivers.rnCreate, update, and maintain multiple windows OS images for Enterprise leveraging MECM and MDTrnStrong knowledge in Windows 10 & 11 in-place upgrades in large enterprise environmentsrnExperience in best practices of image optimization for Windows 10 and 11rnExpertise in troubleshooting OS imaging related issues, hardware, and driver issues.rnExperience in PowerShell scripting for automating custom tasks in Image deployment.rnStrong knowledge in building custom Task Sequences, troubleshooting and debugging.rnGood Experience in Microsoft Windows OSD principles and implementation including Sysprep, Windows Image Format (WIM), Unattended automation, Panther, User State Migration Tool (USMT), Windows Preinstallation Environment (WinPE) and Preboot Execution Environment (PXE).rnMaintain Windows OS desktop security hardeningrnMaintain documentation of their activities and having checklists for the various tasks in their respective area of responsibilityrn

To provide support for on call escalations /L3 level support and doing incident & problem management (6.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives.
