Execute short term plan to enhance effectiveness of hiring programs.
Get involved in the partnership between organization and TA partners.
Participate in diversified recruitment programs including job fairs, campus hiring, skill development programs etc.
Use a systematic approach to identify improvement opportunities, root-cause analysis, recommending solutions, and implementing process improvements in accordance with client/company goals towards hiring the best talent from the market.
