Job Profile


- Isolate, culture, and maintain diverse microbial strains - fungal strains and bacterial strains and to support ongoing research and experimental objectives.


Optimize symbiotic growth conditions through systematic experimentation, including host plant compatibility studies. Design and conduct controlled experiments to investigate microbial associations, nutrient uptake, and plant growth responses. Extract and characterize microbial metabolites using standard biochemical and analytical techniques to understand their role in plant-microbe interactions Document experimental procedures and results meticulously; maintain comprehensive laboratory records. Contribute to the drafting of technical reports, research papers, and scientific publications based on experimental findings.
Experience


0 - 8 Years


Qualification


Masters in Microbiology with at least 70% marks throughout


Skills


Hands-on experience in microbial culture maintenance Hands-on experience on growth optimization studies Scientific writing and communication skills Ability to work independently in research environments Well-versed in Microsoft Office and email communication
