Position: SuccessFactors RCM & ONB Consultant (Manager)

Exp: 3 - 6yrs

Location: Noida

NP: Immediate Joiners preferred

Hands On Experience : Must

Qualification: Preferably Graduate Degree in Computer Science

Certifications : Certified RCM/ONB SuccessFactors module



Looking for individuals with proven SAP SuccessFactors experience who have an experience in Successfactors modules especially Recruiting & On-Boarding. The candidate should have interest in expanding their scope of responsibilities e.g. to larger implementations or global clients, or who would like to expand their expertise into other areas of SuccessFactors.

The Candidate should have the following skills:-

Provide best-practice guidance related to recruiting and on-Boarding process

Manage user expectations, define the implementation strategy and document the clients business needs and requirements

Prepare test cases and drive Playbacks and UAT with the users

Hands on experience must for both the modules (RCM & ONB)y

Track meetings and open items (including risks)

Master and maintain detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors\' product-suite configuration options

Educate the user on SuccessFactors and technical requirements

Complete configuration and associated documents for handover

Provide train-the-trainer, administrative and reporting training to the stakeholders

Work with Partner and internal teams simultaneously and drive project outcome

Your role will be working closely with senior business and IT stakeholders & internal customer stakeholders to understand their business requirements and contribute to the design and implementation of HCM solution for BirlaSoft.

Key responsibilities include:

• Facilitating process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality;
• Determine business requirements;
• Identifying how the HCM solution can be best utilized to meet the requirements;
• Providing support to the interface workstream to understand business scenarios and integration between the solution and other applications;
• Supporting configuration, testing, training and change management workstreams.

• Be the design lead of SuccessFactors implementations for the modules in your expertise
• Shape SuccessFactors solutions to help our clients solve complex situations
