We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.
In this role, you will:

• Design, configure, and manage Control-M workflows, schedules, and jobs to support business processes.
• Implement job dependencies, scheduling rules, and monitoring dashboards for workload automation.
• Troubleshoot job failures, resolve scheduling conflicts, and optimize job execution performance.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to integrate Control-M with enterprise applications, databases, and cloud environments.
• Develop and maintain job execution reports, logs, and audit trails.
• Manage Control-M infrastructure, including upgrades, patching, and system performance monitoring.
• Automate job scheduling processes using scripts (Shell, Python, PowerShell, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with security policies and operational standards.
• Provide support for incident management and root cause analysis for job failures.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years working with Control-M in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience with Control-M Workload Automation Suite.
• Scripting skills (Shell, Python, PowerShell, etc.) for job automation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with DevOps tools like Jenkins, Ansible, or Kubernetes is a bonus.
• Monitoring Tools and log analytics with SPLUNK
• Airflow orchestration a plus
