Ensure understanding of practices within regions and drive standardization amongst regions.xc2xb7 Communicate project updates / progress, action plans / issues on timely basis.xc2xb7 Timely and appropriate escalations and where necessary, appropriate measures are taken to improve and sustain high quality and prevent recurrence.xc2xb7 Accountable for the design of new processes and the ongoing review of process improvement, this covers both working practices and supporting documentation to ensure we maximize efficiency, and that documentation is current.xc2xb7 Suggest & implement best-in-class industry practices in the projects, as applicable in line with the global function.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:xc2xb7 Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.xc2xb7 Should have a minimum of 6-8 years IT experience out of which a minimum of 6-8 years relevant experience in the following monitoring/event management and/or automation solution designing and implementation experience.o BMC Event Manager and BMC TrueSighto BMC Helix operations Managemento Agile ways of working and leading the individual work streams in Monitoring & alerting domaino Interlink Business Enterprise Server / Automated Service Intelligenceo Infrastructure and Application performance monitoring experience along with Cloud native monitoring tools.o API Development & Solution designingo Domain Expertise in Infrastructure and Application monitoring along with visualization capabilities.xc2xb7 Should have worked on Services onboarding to implement required monitoring & alerting solutions for business.
