Worked on installation of RSA Archer on server, basis on the server requirement.
Understanding of Architecture of RSA Archer as per client requirements.
Develop and implement processes for interfacing with operational teams and other supporting teams.1. Knowledge of working on data feed as per client requirement.
Experience in configuring API, users, access roles, groups & LDAP configurations.
Experience of managing & configuring DDE.
Capability to create, manage and modify Advanced Workflow for various use cases as per client requirements.
Design, create and customize the dashboards and iViews.
Experience in configuring calculated fields.
Integration of RSA Archer with SOC tools like SIEM, SOAR, etc.
Managing & creating various notifications.
Creation of necessary SOC documents like operating procedures, configuration management, low level designs are up to date with the changes made in their respective areas.
Candidate must be able to understand requirements of clients and communicate clearly to the required stakeholders.
Having knowledge of Archer Control Panel & servers where Archer is hosted.
* Performed/have been a part of troubleshooting & have good understanding of identifying issues via the logs.
