Inviting applications for the role of

Consultant, Service Now

- Agentic AI

In this role, you'll be part of Genpact's transformation under GenpactNext, as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutions--domain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. You'll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines.
Responsibilities

Application development frameworks:

Utilize frameworks like Java and .NET to design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications. Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

ServiceNow integration:

Assist in integrating ServiceNow into existing systems to enhance functionality and streamline processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.

Cloud application deployment:

Support the deployment of applications on cloud platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. Contribute tostrategies for efficient cloud resource utilization.

Mobile app development:

Participate in the development of mobile applications that meet user needs and business objectives. Ensure apps are optimized for performance across various devices.

Restful services:

Design and implement Restful services to facilitate communication between applications and enhance user experience. Ensure services are well-documented and secure.

Technical Expertise:
AI product development: Assist in managing the end-to-end development of AI products, ensuring they meet quality standards and deliver value to clients. Stay abreast of industry trends to incorporate cutting-edge technologies.
Technical expertise: Maintain a high level of technical expertise in application development and cloud technologies. Continuously update skills through research, training, and attending industry conferences.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment



Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Experience in application development using Java/.NET frameworks
