Position - Dotnet Developer
About the Role
We are looking for a strong .NET Developer with proven expertise in .NET 8 to join the LeShuttle project team. The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable backend services, developing robust APIs, and ensuring seamless integration with modern React + TypeScript Single Page Applications (SPAs).
Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain backend services using .NET 8. Build, document, and integrate RESTful APIs for frontend communication. Collaborate closely with frontend developers to ensure smooth API integration. Ensure backend systems meet high standards of performance, scalability, and security. Produce clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices. Troubleshoot, optimize, and participate in peer code reviews. Contribute independently while working effectively within a team.

Required Skills:Strong expertise in .NET 8 and C#. Solid understanding of Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and ORM best practices. Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs. Proficiency with SQL Server or other relational databases. Strong knowledge of asynchronous programming, dependency injection, and middleware. Ability to debug, optimize, and deliver high-quality backend systems. Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc.). Excellent communication and collaboration skills. The successful applicant must be able to explain potentially complex challenges and issues in plain, clear language for stakeholders. Must be comfortable with workflow management tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Advantageous:Experience with Azure cloud services. Experience with frontend technologies.
